  • Please allocate additional manpower resources for booth decoration on 16 and 17 May 2024, as there will be an overlap in the program schedule.

  • There will be one fascia on top of each exhibition booth arranged by CityU. The company / organization name will be displayed there.

  • The exhibits shall be professionally displayed.Foamboard table display, Easy roll banner are recommended. Only pertinent technical information shall be included in the exhibit. All commercial activities or pricing information shall not be included. QR code, Souvenir, samples, test results, specifications and applications may be displayed.
  • Exhibitors can prepare their own custom table cover or vinyl banner with company logo to increase brand exposure.
  • Exhibitors can stick poster or foamboard on the display board. Blu tack, Invisible Tape and Double-sided Sponge Tape are recommended.
  • Writing on the display units are prohibited. If any damage occurred, CityU to reserve the right to pursue legal action
  • Kindly remind that each sponsor can arrange up to 2 people who will be waived for registration fee to attend the conference.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to have someone knowledgeable of the product or services described in the exhibit available to answer technical questions. They should be available at their exhibit for whole day, if possible.
  • Please be reminded that do not leave any valuables unattended.
  • The host of ICEM2024 shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the properties on display. The exhibitor must take full responsibility for the safety of the exhibit and its contents.

  • 每组展位顶部都会安置一块由大會提供,印有参展机构的展板。

  • 展品陈列应清晰有序。推荐使用座台展示板、易拉架。注意展品中仅应包含相关的技术信息。不能提及商業內容、定价信息。建議展示QR Code、派發紀念品、样品、测试结果、规格和应用。
  • 另外,参展商可以准备带有公司徽标的定制桌布或横幅佈置,以增加品牌曝光度。
  • 参展商可以在展板上张贴海报等宣传文案。建议使用无痕胶纸 或Blu-tack 宝贴万用胶 或 双面海绵胶贴。
  • 严禁在展版上用任何工具书写,如有損毀,CityU會保留追究權利。
  • 温馨提示: 每间参展商有两个豁免会议注册费用的名额,可安排相关人员到场。
  • 我们鼓励参展商安排熟悉展品或服务的人员当席展区,以回答现场人士的查询或技术问题。 为方便运作,参展商应安排至少一名人员全日在展区当值。
  • 请不要将您的個人 / 貴重物品放在无人看管的地方。
  • ICEM2024主办方对于参展商展品有任何丢失或损坏,不会承担任何责任。 参展商必须对展品及其内容的安全,承担全部责任。
