QR code 1: Each delegate and participant must present this QR code for conference check-in. Upon check-in, you will receive your name badge and souvenirs.
QR code 2: Access control measures are in place at the University, requiring all visitors to pre-register. We will assist in registering you four days prior to the conference, and you will receive a QR code from the CityU system. Please present this entrance QR code to the CityU security personnel when entering the campus.
*If you have not received the QR code for accessing CityU by 15 May 2024, please contact us at dorothy.ws.chan@cityu.edu.hk. Also, we will have helpers stationed at the gate to assist you.
