1.2 Venue Access
Before the conference, All participants will receive two emails, each containing a QR code. One QR code is for on-site registration and obtaining your name badge. The other QR code is for accessing the CityU entrance. It is mandatory to present the QR codes to the CityU security personnel in order to enter the campus.

1.4 Visitors' Information
The conference is open to researchers, scholars, students and industry relatives with admission fee.
Visitors must register at the conference and wear the visitor badge during the Conference.
Visitors can scan the QR code to obtains their own conference ID, category, program rundown and catering
information (if applicable)

2.2 Poster Session (AC2, CityU)
Poster Session will be held at G/F, 1/F of AC2.

- Organizer will arrange staff to stick the poster on the display units.
- Participants can have final touch to the poster at 07:00 onwards on 18 May 2024
- The content of Posters shall contain with Abstract, Chart or Data analysis
- Blu tack, Invisible Tape and Double-sided Sponge Tape are recommended
- Poster shall be professionally displayed
- Writing on the display units are prohibited. If any damage occurred, CityU to reserve the right to pursue legal action
- The host of ICEM2024 shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the properties on display. The poster owners must take full responsibility for its contents.

- 主办方会安排人手协助学者张贴海报。
- 学者可以在CityU会议当日5月17日早上7时起进场，对展板海报作最后调整
- 海报内容包含研究摘要、图表数据分析等 (如适用)
- 建议使用无痕胶纸 或Blu-tack 宝贴万用胶 或 双面海绵胶贴。
- 严禁在展版上用任何工具书写，如有损毁，CityU会保留追究权利。
- ICEM2024主办方对于展板上张贴的物品，有任何丢失或损坏，不会承担任何责任。
- 学者必须对海报及其内容的安全，承担全部责任。
