1. CityU Lodge

*We will arrange a shuttle bus to transport participants to HKCEC on 17 May 2024.

CityU Lodge is located at Academic Exchange Building of City University of Hong Kong. It is just a 5-minute walk from MTR Kowloon Tong Station via Festival Walk Shopping Centre. The Lodge is also just a 30-minute ride away from the Hong Kong International Airport. The Lodge provides a lodging facility for guests who participate in CityU related academic programmes or serve academic purposes in connection with the University.

2. Royal Plaza Hotel

*only one MTR station away from City University of Hong Kong.
**We will arrange a shuttle bus every morning to transport participants to the conference venue.

The Royal Plaza Hotel is centrally located in Hong Kong, within easy reach of international transport facilities.   • All reservations will be confirmed on a 'first come, first served' basis.
  • We highly recommend you plan ahead and make your reservation before 1 APRIL 2024.
  • Early check-in (before 16 May 2024 and/or late check-out (after 20 May 2024) will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
  • The First Night charge is non-refundable upon confirmation.
  • The deadline of cancellation is 23:59@8 April 2024 (HKT). A FULL PERIOD room charge penalty will be applied for cancellation after deadline 8 April 2024, no show, or shortening of accommodation period.
