1) Preparing an Abstract

• All abstracts should be written in English and adhere to the style and formatting requirements in the online abstract submission portal.
• Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
• Figure & table: optional but maximal one figure with figure legend and/or one table to be uploaded in the online abstract submission portal.
• References should be in APA style.

2) Submitting an Abstract

• Submit your abstract with the  online abstract submission portal.
• Select your preferred type of presentation (Keynote, Invited, Oral, Poster)
• Select your preferred symposium
  Group A: 2D Materials and Devices
  Group B: Compound and Wide-bandgap Semiconductor
  Group C: Materials and Processes for Advanced Packaging Technologies
  Group D: Advanced Spintronic and Magnetic Materials/Devices
  Group E: Stretchable and Wearable Electronics
  Group F: Photonic Materials and Devices
  Group G: Materials and Devices for Energy Harvesting
  Group H: Materials and Devices for Energy Storage
  Group I: Quantum Materials and Devices
  Group J: Synthesis Processes and Characterization Methods
  Group K: Organic Materials and Electronics

3) Review and Acceptance Process

• Symposia Chairs will review the contents and scientific merits of the abstracts.
• Selected type of presentation and symposia will be granted whenever possible; symposia Chairs reserve the final right to modify arrangements.
• Oral presentations will be prioritized for principal investigators and research group leaders.
• Acceptance or Rejection of abstract will be sent to presenters by email.

 4) Payment

• Presenters of accepted abstracts must proceed to the payment process in order to successfully register for the conference.
• Registration without payment will not be considered as a successful registration.
